CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
The user, leaving an order, an application, as well as making payment for the order through the website www.artandnatura.com, accepts and agrees to the terms of this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Consent). Acting freely, by his own will and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the User gives his consent to ZR Group LLC (TIN 5053068795), registered at the address: 119415, Moscow, Prospekt Vernadskogo, 39, floor 7, space I, room 9, e-mail: info@artandnatura.com, to the processing of their personal data with the following conditions:
- This Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.
- Consent is given to the processing of my following personal data:
Personal data that is not special or biometric:- contact phone numbers;
- email addresses;
- user data (location information; type and version of the OS; type and version of the Browser; type of device and its screen resolution; source from where the user came to the site; from which site or by what advertisement; language of the OS and Browser; what pages opens and on what buttons the user presses; ip-address.
- Personal data is not publicly available.
- Purpose of personal data processing:
- processed in accordance with applicable law;
- for internal use for analysis and statistics.
- The basis for the processing of personal data is: Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; Personal data processing policy of ZR Group LLC; present consent to the processing of personal data.
- During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed:
- collection;
- record;
- systematization;
- accumulation;
- storage;
- clarification (update, change);
- extraction;
- use;
- blocking;
- deletion;
- destruction.
- The processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data. The storage of personal data recorded on paper is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Archiving in the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archiving and archival storage.
- Consent to processing may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written application to ZR Group LLC or his representative at the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.
- In the event that the subject of personal data or his representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, LLC "ZR Group" has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
- This consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in clauses 7 and 8 of this Consent.
- LLC "ZR Group" is not entitled to transfer the User's personal data to third parties without the appropriate consent, except as expressly provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- LLC "ZR Group" undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and ensure the security of personal data during their processing, as well as comply with the requirements for the protection of processed personal data. LLC "ZR Group" undertakes to destroy the User's personal data after 3 (three) years from the date of issuance of the fulfillment by the Parties of obligations under this Agreement.
